- FedEx introduced Picture Proof of Delivery, a new service for express and ground residential deliveries in the United States and Canada, in June 2022. Signatures are not necessary to accept a delivery. This service offers consumers with an image of the exact delivery location at their door.
- In January 2022, Ingram Micro, Inc. purchased Keenondots, a commerce platform-as-a-service firm headquartered in Enschede, Netherlands. This initiative was intended to strengthen the company's CloudBlue platform with automation capabilities, easing customers' transition to an everything-as-a-service business.
