The deal, worth USD 185 million, included an additional possible USD 15 million through an earn-out option, giving Kronos full control of the LPC manufacturing facility.
- In May 2023, Chemours launched Ti-Pure TS-6700, a high-performance titanium dioxide grade for waterborne architectural coatings. This eco-friendly product is free from TMP and TME, relies on 100% renewable electricity, and features an organic bio-based surface treatment.
